A clear position description does a lot of quiet work. It sets expectations up front, so nobody's guessing what their job is, and it makes hiring, training, reviews and the harder conversations far easier down the track. Fill one in for each role, give a copy to the worker, and review it when the job changes.
In a sentence or two: why does this role exist, and what's it here to do?
